Entry for March 5, 2008 Nice 4 point shed
My friend and I found this 4 point shed today, it was the only one we found after hiking around for most of the morning. The funny thing is that I had found the match to this antler back in mid January, If you watch my video - First sheds of 2008 - you can see that I find what I bieleved to be a matching set of 4 point antlers. Upon looking closely at the antler we found today it appears to be the match to the first 4 point shed on that video. The two antlers found on that video were very close together and looked similar so I had thought they were a set. You can look forward to seeing this shed and hopefully many more on our up coming shed hunting video, witch should be available some time towards the end of April. I can never fing sheds early it seems impossible,got any tips ?

Walk,walk and walk some more searching your local winter range areas. You might need snoe shoes if you plan on looking in January or early february.
